Recently, through professional networking on MySpace.com, I had the opportunity to meet and get to know, such a person, Jill Cobb from the State of California. During the course of our written and phone discussions, I began to learn in greater detail her incredible story. The following is an excerpt from an interview with this incredible individual.
Jill perhaps you could begin by telling us a bit about who you are, your background, and what you’re doing now?
I’ve been active in the financial services industry for 30 years in banking, real estate and as a Certified Financial Planner. A friend told me I should try a product she was selling called the Bio Petro Improver, and honestly, to support my friend’s business, I gave it a try. Wow, was I surprised!! After using it for 2 fill ups, my gas mileage improved 20 percent!! With the ever rising HIGH price of gas…and increasing toxic emissions in our air, I decided to become an Area Manager and Distributor for Bio Petro Improver. The response has been so exciting, I have scaled back my financial business, and now I’m focusing most of my time helping others improve their gas mileage as well as their cash flow with this product!
It’s so difficult for families these days to live comfortably on a budget. I feel I can impact the lives of so many people who are struggling to make ends meet. A 20-30 percent reduction in gas expenses is a HUGE savings!! So many households have 1 or 2 commuters that travel hundreds of miles per week! As we talked, and when you eventually mailed me material about your business, I became really excited about the potential for this business especially here in North America. Perhaps you could explain a little bit about the product and exactly what it does? How would it benefit a person such as myself financially, and how would it benefit the world I live in?

The fuel enhancer significantly impacts the lives of everyone-worldwide that uses an internal combustion engine!! That includes trucks, cars, buses, planes, boats, lawnmowers, RVs, dune buggies, motorcycles, snow mobiles, water craft… and on and on..!!
A consumer can save from 15-30 percent on the money they currently spend on gas. Fuel costs have become a major expense for most of us, so this will benefit our cash flow IMMEDIATELY!

The retail cost of a 50 gram jar of Bio Petro Improver is $25 US. That treats approximately 200 gallons of gas or diesel fuel. A consumer only uses 1 teaspoon (or 2 Bio Pills) for every 15 U.S. gallon gas tank or 10 U.S. gallon diesel tank.
It’s my understanding this product has met with some opposition from the oil industry. As a result when it comes to testing this product, it’s really been put through “all the hoops” so to speak. What kind of testing has been done, that you’re aware of, and what results came from those tests?
First off, you’re right! There was some opposition to this product.
BPI was first introduced to US Consumers in the 2006 as a network marketing business opportunity. Over $20 million dollars of product was sold in a very few months. The excitement was tremendous. This got the immediate attention of the Texas oil industry. There were several offers to buy BPI, but all offers were rejected. The founders of the BPI set up this company specifically as a networking program so anyone willing to share this program with others could create substantial residual income.
Oil companies approached the Texas authorities alleging the Bio Product didn’t work and BPI Worldwide was nothing less than a scam. The entire company was temporarily shut down pending an investigation of the product, and while the course of the investigation was underway all the personal and business assets of the founders were seized.
After a lengthy court ordeal, the Texas Court system Ordered an independent Environmental Protection Agency recognized testing lab evaluate Bio Petro Improver to determine its effectiveness. The Wallace Lab used the strictest EPA, HFET (Highway Fuel Economy Test) and CARB (California Air Resource Board) assessment protocols. They determined that “this product causes a real improvement in fuel economy and a reduction in emissions.”
The fuel enhancer proved to be a safe, effective product. The lawsuit was dismissed and BPI, Worldwide re-launched in June 2007!! Since that time, there have been numerous independent lab tests which have also verified the high quality performance of this product.
I’m not sure what the current fuel prices are in California, but here in Canada, we’re on the metric system and we buy our fuel by the litre, not by the gallon. There are approximately 3.7855 litres to an American gallon and we are paying $1.189 per litre for regular grade fuel (we are being told that price will climb to $1.509 per litre by July 2008). Today we are paying just over $4.50 U.S.D. for the equivalent of an American gallon. You’re business is in the process of soon coming into Canada, and the potential financial savings for people if they use your product is staggering. Right now, a 20% savings in fuel would mean reducing the cost of our fuel to approximately $.9512 a litre. That’s an immediate savings of $.2378 per litre of fuel, or $13.50 for every equal amount of 15 U.S. gallons of fuel. Incredible! What is the growth potential for your business, and at this time, is this only available in the United States?
Recently, BPI Worldwide has opened in Mexico as a business program. A Canada “Grand Opening” is soon to occur. The Bio Petro Improver is NOW available for purchase world wide, and people can find access to the product through the website www.4MaxMPG.com .
